Cancellation Policy

At Professional Phlebotomy Services, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure a smooth and efficient service for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Notice Period:
    Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

  2. How to Cancel or Reschedule:
    You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting our customer service team via phone or email. Alternatively, you can use our online booking system.

  3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
    If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or if you fail to be present at the scheduled time, a late cancellation/no-show fee may be applied.

  4. Exceptions:
    We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you have an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

  5. Refunds:
    If a prepayment was made, refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds for late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to our discretion and may incur a fee.
